Event Planning & Design Package

For those clients who have an event vision in mind and would prefer to entrust the professionals with all the details of the planning and design process. 

  • This package includes:

    • Event vision and theme definition

    • Venue and vendor recommendation, selection, negotiation, and coordination

    • Appointment scheduling

    • Budgeting

    • Planning schedule and timeline

    • Design and decor

    • Lighting, staging, sound, and tenting

    • Selection and coordination of Save-the-dates, Invitations, and all printed materials

    • RSVP Coordination

    • Event run-of-show

    • On-site event supervision and coordination

    • Gifting for guests - including welcome gifts, evening turndown surprises, and favors

    • If the event is a wedding, planning and coordination of all auxiliary wedding events

    • Entertainment

  • The rate ranges depending on the scale of the event.

  • Our team will start working with you between 9-12+ months prior to your Event Date to help you plan your entire event dedicating approximately 10 hours a week, or 40 hours a month.​

 

Event Coordination Package

For those clients who have all the details figured out and just want support on the day of the event so they can live the experience while the professional manage the experience. 

  • Our team will start working with you a month prior to your Event Date to help you confirm final logistics and introduce us as the point of contact to your vendors.

  • This package includes:

    • Guest and vendor management

    • Creating and managing the timeline

    • Creating a seating chart

    • Day-of event coordination

  • The rate ranges depending on the level of support required of the Fêtes And Affairs Team as well as the scale of the event.
